a) Organization. We use your data to organize our internal system, allowing us to provide you with higher quality services in the future.
b) Service Delivery. We use your information to suggest you as a potential candidate to employers, offering you opportunities for employment through airesumemaster.com, including resume distribution and related customer support.

b) Third-Party Services. We may use third-party services for data processing, and we ensure that they adhere to data protection regulations and confidentiality agreements.
a) Third-Party Disclosure. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
c) AI Assistants. If you enable the optional Claude integration, resume content is sent to the AI assistant you connected, on your instruction and on the basis of your explicit consent. Section 9 sets out exactly what is shared, what never is, and how to withdraw.
b) Legal Compliance. We may disclose your information if required to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, to enhance your browsing experience and collect information about how you interact with our website. Cookies enable us to recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences and settings. c) International Data Transfers. If we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legal mechanisms recognized by relevant authorities.
We strive to provide excellent customer support to address any questions, concerns, or issues you may encounter while using the Service. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, we may provide access to mediation or arbitration services in accordance with applicable law.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can also opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Any updates or changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
a) What is shared. When you use the integration, the following leaves our systems for the AI assistant you connected, at your instruction: your name; the contact details stored on the resume (email, phone, city, country); your professional summary; your work history including employers, positions, dates and descriptions; your education; your skills; your languages; your certificates; and the links you added to the resume. Which of these is shared depends on what you ask the assistant to do.
b) What is never shared. We do not send your account password, your payment details, your subscription history, your avatar or other uploaded images, or the resumes of any other user.
c) Who initiates it. You do. Nothing is sent unless you connect the integration and then ask the assistant to do something that requires it. The integration is disabled by default.
d) Legal basis. Your explicit consent, recorded at the moment you enable the integration. We store the date of that consent and the version of the terms you accepted. Withdrawing it is the same as revoking access.
e) Who receives it. The operator of the AI assistant you connected. For Claude that is Anthropic PBC. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA, under the safeguards described in section 6(c).
f) How to withdraw. Revoke the token or the connection in your account. Revocation is immediate: the next request from the assistant is refused. Withdrawing consent stops any further sharing, but it cannot recall data already sent — you would need to ask the assistant's operator to delete it under their own process.
g) What we log. For every request through the integration we record the time, the account, the first characters of the token used, which action was requested, how long it took and whether it succeeded. We do not log the content of your resumes. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
The terms that govern use of the integration are set out in section 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
